The room here is spacious with a large bathroom, the staff is welcoming and polite, offering free wake up calls and ironing services, set in a wonderful location near cafes and bars.

The staff were incredibly friendly and good breakfast offer of EU15 for 2.

The room was small and way too hot; aircon didn´t work. Shower wasn´t great, hotel was very noisy and bed very uncomfortable so not a great nights sleep.

Perfect location - near a museum and a church, plus plenty of restaurants and cafés around 🏛🍽. the hotel's restaurant serves up a tasty dinner, a great option for convenience.

The restaurant at the hotel had reasonable prices and was in a great location near cafes and bars. Adjacent to the hotel were a Christmas market and a supermarket, making it very convenient.

We had a savoury and extensive breakfast with sweet food and sausage, for instance, could find something for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed to spend 4 days in our fashionable twin/double room with 2 single beds, great bathroom, for example.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a metro station nearby. the hotel provided amenities like hair dryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly, they all speak english, the rooms were clean.

Rooms were a little small but we spend little time in the hotel so that was not a big issue for us.

Sewerage was clogged (room 207) and therefore it took quite long for the water to go. Rooms were facing the interior garden and some strange metallic stairs were passing right in front of the windows. It was very quiet though...

Honestly nothing to complain about. Functional and chic venue, marvellous location close enough to the city center which could 've been reached by foot. The rooms - fashionable, tidy with necessary lockers for baggage, big bathroom well maintained plus 2 single beds. Outstanding customer care, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.
